Effective Marketing Associates (EMA) gives its full assurance that it will develop a plan of action that represents, in its professional opinion, the most cost-effective approach possible consistent with EMA's understanding of the client's needs and objectives. EMA also assures the client that it has no similar proposals or projects in process or pending with lower costs or better terms. EMA will always attempt to perform above industry standards and will adhere to the Code of Professional Responsibility.


Mr. Stephen B. Garner is the President of EMA, which he founded in 1983. He has over 28 years of experience in consulting, developing, implementing and training for Customer Lifecycle Management, Sales and Marketing integration, and Sales Automation/CRM programs or applications - including implementing these activities in diverse, dynamic and existing sales/marketing channels. Over the last eleven years over half his work has been devoted to integrating database marketing (Sales Force Automation and CRM Systems) into telemarketing, field sales, independent rep, distributor and mixed channel contexts. His experience ranges from a variety of service and financial companies to many different high technology manufacturing companies and industries. (Education . . .)
